Signa acquires old and leases new Hamburg HCOB headquarters
Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz and Elbtower
On 11 December 2020 Signa purchased HCOB's 30,000 sqm headquarters at Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz in Hamburg's city centre. The investor also leased 11,000 sqm of office space in Hamburg's Elbtower plus 2,000 sqm option to HCOB (source: Immobilien Zeitung).
Chatham Partners is advising Signa on both projects.
