Telecommunications office will be turned into a science centre
The historic telecommunications office in Schlüterstraße in Hamburg is to extend by 52,000 m² the campus of the University of Hamburg from autumn 2023. Chatham Partners advised the owner on the conclusion of the 30-year lease agreement with the city.
