How do M&A and finance fit in with our sector focus on energy, infrastructure and real estate? Is it even possible to work on challenging financing projects from Hamburg? And what do M&A transactions actually look like in a boutique?
These and many other questions were at the center of our trainee lawyers' evening last Thursday. After our speakers Jochen Wilkens, Dr. Daniel Reichert-Facilides, Linn Lehne, Malte Bever and Jonas Versen provided exciting insights into the corporate and finance practice at Chatham Partners, the participants concluded the evening with sushi and cold drinks.
